Cloud4Y provided "Federal Law 152 Cloud" for Administration of the Kostroma region

Cloud4Y won at the beginning of 2017 the tender for the right to render services in placement of technical means of Regional Infrastructure of the Electronic Government of the Kostroma region (further RIEP).

For project implementation of Cloud4Y uses the solution "Cloud of Federal Law 152 of Linux vGate" which allows to process personal data and other confidential information in absolutely isolated environment.

So, for protection against unauthorized access the certified means of protecting of virtual environments of vGate allowing to bring virtual infrastructure into accord to requirements of orders of FSTEC of Russia are used. In vGate full-function work of a product on the vSphere virtualization platform used by corporate cloud provider of Cloud4Y is implemented.

Data which are transferred on communication channels to the network interface of the virtual machine are ciphered using the means of cryptographic information protection (MCIP) of class KC3 certified by FSB of Russia. For these purposes ViPNet Coordinator HW1000 — security gateway for protection of computer networks of an enterprise scale is used. This hardware and software system also conforms to requirements of FSTEC of Russia and is used in protection ISPDN up to 1 class inclusive.

Cloud services become more and more popular solution for the private and state organizations, allowing at a strict compliance with regulatory requirements on information security and personal data protection to save on capital costs of own IT infrastructure.
