Upgrade of 1C in logistic company 20A is complete

In 2015 the logistic agency "20A" addressed to Neti with several tasks of 1C: eliminate the current errors, finish and configure functionality, consult users. All this needed to be made on such configurations 1C as: "1C: Accounting" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management".

What began with

It was convenient to the client that undertook all cares on involvement of consultants and Neti developers. To be convinced of quality of work, the first request was executed in the test mode.

After the test task was successfully implemented, started the solution of other requests, but previously:

  • Created a project team from four people: 2 consultants and 2 1C developers. In staff of Neti 54 specialists in 1C, experience of everyone on average 6 years. Therefore, the necessary specialists were picked up quickly. The project manager coordinated a command and the Client completely, if necessary the Client could send the inquiries to consultants or developers directly.
  • On each configuration of work divided into stages. Specialists used flexible methodologies of Agile Scrum. Such approach allowed to guarantee quality of the performed works just in time.
  • SLA (Service Level Agreement) was concluded with the Client – in the Agreement on the service layer the response time and start of works on tasks was described. A response time on the Client's request - no more than 4 hours, time of start of works on a task – within 2 working days from the moment of its approval.

 
 

Tasks, solutions and terms on each configuration 1C

Accounting configuration 1C. What was required:

  • consult on different questions of accounting: concerning reflection of implementation at the rate of 0%, advance payments on the property tax and so forth – from 1 to 7 days (depending on complexity of a request);
  • configure configurations on accounting requests: for example, to configure work with the operator of electronic submission of reports and so forth – from 1 to 7 days (depending on complexity of a request);
  • update configurations – 1 day;
  • configure integration of 1C: Accounting into the WMS system: unloading of information on partners, on cashless payments, loading of implementations and receipts of transport services in 1C – 4 months taking into account a stage of trial operation of the mechanism of data exchange.

Result: timely solved the current problems.

Salary configuration 1C and personnel management. What was required:

  • finish and configure functionality on accounting of candidates – 4 months taking into account a stage of trial operation of functionality;
  • consult according to the sheet of a time recording, a piece-work pay, the PIT, 4-FSS and so forth - from 1 to 7 days (depending on complexity of a request);
  • finish a configuration under specifics of business of the client – from 1 to 14 days;
  • automate work with the salary project of Sberbank: consult, help with setup of the salary project, develop printed forms for Sberbank and so forth – 3 months taking into account a stage of trial operation of functionality;
  • help with updating of a configuration – in day of the address.

Result: on completions and setup of functionality on accounting of candidates differentiated access rights at the level of records – to the reference book by candidates. Developed and tested the mechanism of reminders on days of births of candidates. Developed and tested the data loading mechanism about candidates from Excel. As a result, received the working functionality on accounting of candidates meeting customer requirements. Requests of the Client were solved timely.

General result on cooperation

Thanks to harmonious work of the Neti command and company 20A, all tasks were solved in time, the goals are achieved – business processes are optimized, the efficiency increased, addresses of users by errors were reduced.
