2018: Putting into operation of information system MRO

On July 30, 2018 the NPP Spectec company announced putting into operation of the information management system maintenance and repairs of the equipment of ZAOR of "NP NCh KBK of S.P. Titov".

As it was reported, the project started in April, 2017. In the next months specialists of NPP Spectec and the Customer was performed large-scale work on implementation of information system MRO.

This work included creation of the database on the equipment and directories of spare parts, development and adaptation of analytical tools of a system, training of administrators and users of a system, integration with the adjacent systems. Through courses of preparation took place in total about 100 workers of the customer taking into account their load in structural divisions. Completing became training of 20 storekeepers in May, 2018.

The competitive license to use of the software of TRIM of version 3.9.3 for an unlimited number of users at 14 at the same time working users was delivered to the customer.

Development of the program converter providing interaction of the information management system of a MRO with the system of an accounting and inventory control created on the platform of 1C became an important stage of works. The additional complexity arose here because during this period the customer performed migration of a corporate information system on the 1C:ERP platform.

In the information management system of a MRO Naberezhnye Chelny KBK is registered more than 130 users whose main objective for a year — registration of defects and failures, planning and accounting of works on their elimination, the analysis of the reasons of defects and failures for the purpose of reliability augmentation of the equipment. The start stage in work of process of accounting of an expense of material resources proceeds, preparatory work for formation of the scheduled plan of works for 2019 is conducted.

The last includes further formation of the database — addition of the register of standard works and mapping of works with creation of repair sheets with the connected resources. Due to formation of archive of hardware failures for the previous 3rd years, statistics of its work allowing to draw some conclusions for acceptance of corrective actions in financial and economic activity of the enterprise in the field of a MRO collects.

Implementation of work planning taking into account an expense not only labor, but also material resources will allow to pass to the automated formation of planned requirements in material resources and to practical mastering of functions of an elegant and qualification system, to the analysis of the reasons of unplanned idle times, the analysis of a cost structure to a MRO and to identification of their sources.

Project Progress

A system is created on the basis of the software package TRIM. The NPP Spectec company – TRIM developer became the contractor of the project.

Specialists of NPP Spectec perform works of the first stage – inspection of business processes, development of the project documentation. The project also provides certification of the equipment, formation of the database of a system, including directories of spare parts, standard works and standards on a MRO, sale of tools of the analysis and information representation, development of the converter for data exchange with the system of 1C, training of users.
