Successful functioning of the enterprises in the conditions of fierce competition dictates the requirements to efficiency of business processes. Anyway, the developing company surely will need optimization of work of divisions which staff the first communicates with clients. The growing LK regional company of Jewelry of the Urals having departments in 60 cities of Russia also had a need of automation of the call center. In the presence of wide network of the enterprises successful functioning of the company required the new approach capable to enhance efficiency of the business processes connected with acceptance and processing of phone calls of potential clients.

For quality improvement of service of the clients by the company the decision to optimize work of operators as implementation of the software product which will allow to control and analyze incoming calls and to obtain statistical data was made.

The possibilities of the programs offered by several vendors were considered. The Infinity complex was selected, thanks to broad functionality, and optimal cost.

Project implementation on implementation of Infinity took about a month. After introduction of a system to operation the company — the client had an opportunity to use wide functionality of a software package in work of the specialists: the analysis of a flow of calls, an exception of the lost calls, control of work of operators, obtaining reports with statistical data at any time. Possibilities of Infinity and simplicity in system maintenance allowed to automate and to optimum organize work of call center of the company
