Implementation of EDMS allowed to automate the basic processes connected with office-work and control of performing discipline at actively developing enterprise, the designer of reports, the text recognition module, a possibility of application of two types of the electronic signature and support of a multi-server architecture includes.

Specialists of Haulmont company conducted preproject examination of internal business processes of the enterprise, and the functional specification on modification of the THESIS system is developed and approved later. Within implementation of this project process of work with powers of attorney was automated, additional process of management of documents, including necessary checks and forms is developed and also setup of integration with "1C: Accounting" is made.
