St. Petersburg subway started automation of purchasing activity

On June 15, 2017 the company Cognitive Technologies announced the contract for integration SRM- a product "E1-Zakupki" by request of state unitary enterprise St. Petersburg subway.

Project Tasks

Within the contract employees of the contractor jointly with service of information technologies and communications of the customer should carry out works on integration of E1-Zakupki SRM technology and an IT landscape of the organization.

Cognitive Technologies has considerable positive experience of implementation of the innovative solutions of automation of the purchasing industry. Not triviality of a task when implementing the joint project with SUE "Petersburg Metro" consists in complexity of the existing resource and service model, the main objective is unification of business entities of the client and optimal seamless "drowning" of the solution "E1-Zakupki" in the conditions of variety of internal and external systems of the customer. According to the statement of partners, the integration "E1-Zakupok" will close requirement of St. Petersburg Subway for automation of purchases, document flow control.

The system created on the basis of web technologies is adapted to multilevel operation with separation of access rights for 500 employees of the customer.

Implementation "E1-Zakupki" the customer expects to increase efficiency of purchasing activity, to raise the level of indicators of industry openness and transparency within support and assistance to the federal program "For Transparent Purchases".

The project of integration is expected a year and assumes four quarter phases:

• preliminary analysis,
• prototyping and development of system configuration "architecture + solution",
• three months of pilot calibration
• commissioning.
