The CU-12 is lighting instrument for deep-water works.
On June 20, 2017 the Ruselectronics company announced development of the device of CU-12 for lighting when conducting deep-water works. According to data in media, construction of the device maintains water pressure at a depth up to 300 m.
The lamp of CU-12 is developed in the St. Petersburg "scientific research institute of television" for ensuring work of the television underwater systems, but can be used on submarines and free roving vehicles, for lighting of the work area of divers.
The operating part of the device consists of seven clusters on seven XLD LEDs in everyone. Spectral content consists of this world, as necessary can change for example, on blue-green, or blue light. Illumination range at the power of 70 W is 2500 luxury on 1 meter in air. Supply voltage of 24 V, the consumed current 2.5 A.
Angle of illumination of 40 degrees. The possibility of installation of secondary optics for reduction of a corner up to 30 degrees is provided (the lighting distance increases). Lamp weight - 2.8 kg, when using secondary optics - 3.3 kg. Body diameter - 170 mm, diameter of glass in the body - 150 mm. Glass thickness - 15 mm.
