Atos will provide IT support of business processes of Astrazenek

Atos signed at the beginning of 2017 the three-year contract with pharmaceutical company "Astrazeneka" for provision of services in information technology field. Within the agreement specialists of Atos perform support of infrastructure and users in Russia and also support of local business applications.

Under the terms of the contract the Atos company provides a range of services for more than 1000 users: support of IT infrastructure, service desk, contact center, services of support of local business applications and change management and also service in support of customer relationship management systems (CRM-systems). Support of CRM systems includes administration, management of the knowledge base, providing analytical data, data management and user training to work with systems.
