In June, 2017 General Electric and IK LLC "Sibintek signed the agreement on creation of joint venture for development in Russia of the digital solutions directed to increase in efficiency of industrial enterprises of Rosneft and potentially other Russian oil and gas companies.
Digital solutions which will be developed by a command of the joint venture based on a cloud platform of GE Predix supporting the industrial Internet will allow to collect in real time, to process and analyze the data obtained from fields and processing industries.
The project provides creation of an independent highly reliable cloud of Predix for local processing and data storage and also use of the digital GE technologies allowing to predict technical condition of the equipment and to prevent emergency situations due to early fault detection for reduction of risk of unplanned idle time. In particular, within the joint venture the complex of solutions based on the Asset Performance Management (APM) program for optimization of work of the enterprises, including creation of reflex management model by the field, visualization of technology process of processing and the analysis of a material balance will be developed.
