On June 22, 2017 Orange Business Services announced the contract for providing the unified network infrastructure and services of contact centers with Careem company.
Project Tasks
At the beginning of 2013 the Careem company opened regional offices each three months. The IP network and a cloud solution on processing of the entering client requests, the provided Orange Business Services, are configured according to requirements of the customer.
Project Progress
The three-year contract between Orange Business Services and Careem includes network services in connection of the corporate offices of the customer located in Cairo, Dubai and Paris. Orange provides the solution for management of call centers that allows Careem to cut down expenses on voice calls and routing of calls.
