The automated management information complex of hydro-gas endogenous mine processes - technology of accident prevention, the incidents and violations of safety rules connected with violations of an aerological situation in underground developments and leading to threat of life and health of personnel.
On June 26, 2017 the Synergo company announced release of release of software "The automated management information complex of hydro-gas endogenous mine processes".
The software technology "The automated management information complex of hydro-gas endogenous mine processes" is intended for the accident preventions, incidents and violations of safety rules connected with violations of an aerological situation in underground developments and leading to threat of life and health of personnel. In a system problems of complex automation of issue (acceptance) and accounting of head lamps, radio stations, gas analyzers, data transmissions from gas analyzers and display of concentration of controlled gases in the mine atmosphere are solved.
Specific Features
Implementation of a complex helps to provide a number of security measures at mineral extraction:
- decrease in potential of explosion of the mine atmosphere (lowering of combustibility and potential of explosion) on section of excavations when exceeding (or growth) concentration of methane in case of operation of the alarm signaling of gas analyzers at three or more miners;
- detection of the underground fires and initial stages of their emergence by parameters of the miner atmosphere;
- providing information for the analysis and elimination of the reasons of the endogenous and exogenous fires;
- control of an individual binding of the issued gas analyzer to each specific person;
- providing information on controlled parameters to specialists of the mine who quickly manage mining operations and ensure safety of mining operations;
- information storage and possibility of the subsequent its use when developing complex all-mine actions for ensuring industrial security, for operational detection of the natural and technogenic dangers affecting directly or indirectly structure of the miner atmosphere;
- ensuring remote control of personnel according to indirect data.
The product is integrated into the basic stationary system of a mobile information system based on indications of the individual gas analyzers issued to miners. In the operating production system of control and regulation diagnostics subsystem on the basis of operational multiple joint processing of measuring information and development of anticipatory solutions is built in AGS.
The developed system has possibilities of interaction with the automated systems and databases working at the enterprise: SHIK Talnakh, SKD "KODOS" and DB of Gaza.
