On June 26, 2017 the MiTek company announced system implementation of electronic document management of Directum in territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Republic of Tatarstan (Fund).
Project Progress
The Fund executed the initial Directum installation by own forces: basic modules were deployed and setup of processes of Office is carried out, users are trained. The Fund attracted a project team of MiTek to further development of a system.
Specialists of MiTek audited already automated processes and conducted a research of new. Based on the carried-out analysis the command of MiTek prepared the list of offers during which implementation it is going to develop functionality of the module Office and to carry out automation of a contracted work using the module "Contract management". Any document from created will not be earlier lost: it is going to transfer archive of historical data from BOSS-Referent to Directum.
Tuning of process on work with the citizens' appeals arriving on the website of Fund is performed. Especially for it integration of Directum with the website is carried out: addresses will automatically get to an ECM system for consideration and determination of their further movement in organization.
