On June 26, 2017 the estimated company "ABN-Consult" announced transfer of support of printing infrastructure on outsourcing in Amtel-Service.

Under the terms of the contract Amtel-Service is responsible for timely carrying out scheduled and scheduled works, fault recovery and repair of the printing equipment, providing with supplies, putting into operation of devices. Also for ensuring uninterrupted operation of service of printing the reserve fund of supplies and resource parts, substitution fund of the equipment is organized. The automated monitoring of printing and the reporting on quantity of the made prints belongs to duties of the outsourcer. The cost of services is calculated on a pokopiyny basis, i.e. the customer, receiving complex service of the printing equipment, pays only for actually printed pages.

In the agreement on the level of service (SLA) parameters of a run mode of requests, including arrival time of the engineer and time of solution are recorded. Requests for service are accepted in the uniform dispatching center "Amtel-Service" round the clock, works are performed according to the working schedule of offices of the customer.

"Transfer of maintenance of list devices of the specialized company allowed us to increase, first of all, efficiency of IT division, having released employees from routine and non-core tasks, at the same time we received high-quality service according to SLA. Moreover, the outsourcing model with pokopiyny payment provided us economy, on average, for 15%, and instruments of expense control on printing.
