Technology of measurements of photo-electric parameters of array and multirow photoreceiving devices - the software for maintaining difficult series of measurements of photo-electric parameters of array and multirow photoreceiving devices (FTUU) in the automatic mode.

On June 26, 2017 the Schwabe company announced automation of process of measurements of photo-electric parameters of photoreceiving devices.

Created by software - initiative development of specialists of Orion (NPO Orion) scientific and production association, enterprise as a part of Schwabe holding. Measurement of FTUU is implemented by means of creation of scenarios (scripts) in a certain format.

Our development allows to take temperature of the absolute black body (ABB), time of accumulation and other parameters. The program takes off data retrieveds from the photoreceiving device and saves them in the file of measurements on the computer. In addition using this software perhaps automatic drawing up an order of measurements depending on the current temperature of AChT, the indication of cycles of measurements with change of one of parameters.
