"The arena fuds a catering" uses online cash desks for service of visitors of mass actions

"The Fuds arena a catering", the official organizer of a power supply of the audience at Otkrytiye Arena stadium, will service for one match up to 30 thousand people through 300 online cash desks. It is the first experience of use of such number of online cash desks on a mass action in Russia. According to the new law "About Use of the Cash Registers", all data on sales during the action will be transferred in real time to the Federal Tax Service.

Communication of cash desks with the Internet will be provided by MegaFon which in partnership with the fiscal data operator of OFD.RU proposed the complete solution for work with online cash desks. It includes sim cards with support of transfer of fiscal data, the M2M-platform for management and control and also a special rate for cash desks with a monthly payment of 100 rubles. Monthly cost already includes the unlimited volume of electronic checks. Data transmission in tax administration will be provided by OFD.RU, and the cash solution will be provided by Nilstar company.

"The complete solution was already tested within the matches at Otkrytiye Arena stadium. For service of fans about 340 cash desks worked, more than 60 points of a power supply were organized and involved up to 900 employees. For one match (about 3-4 hours) 60-70 transactions on one person were carried out. More experienced sellers could process up to 150 transactions. Peak loads had from one and a half o'clock prior to the match, and in 20 minutes after its termination. Maximum speed of work of sellers was 1-2 orders a minute", – the managing director of Shokoladnitsa Group, Mikhail Zolotovitsky commented.

For the organization of work of mobile bartenders who will offer casting drinks directly in the stands of stadium during the match the mobile terminal IRAS 900 of Nilstar company is used. It combines in itself(himself) "3 in 1" functions: the cash register, the payment terminal and the full-height terminal of the cashier using which it is possible to conduct tovaroucht, to calculate taxes, to manage discounts. The cash register differs in compactness, ergonomics and reliability.
