SPbPU implemented the system of personal accounts of the entrant and student

The expert center of Galaktika corporation on work with universities created the system of personal accounts of the entrant and student at the beginning of 2017. Service was developed specially by the beginning of receiving campaign 2017.

The example is Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University where the personal account of the entrant is brought into operation. According to developers, use of such systems significantly increases correctness and relevance of data, increases the speed of their processing at big flows.

Service allows the entrant to create the electronic application for admission on training and to send it to selection committee. All information on the entrant gathers in electronic form that simplifies further data processing in an accounting information system of the university and reduces time for registration of a statement. The offered service allows to place the photo, to leave the request for accommodation in the hostel and also to attach the scanned copies of documents.

Existence of the electronic environment of interaction of university and the student is already regulated and described in Federal state educational standard, and online work with entrants also logically is entered in this concept. The solution developed by us considerably increases efficiency of selection committee of higher education institution, and we by right are proud of it. Manual entry of data is reduced to a minimum – the questionnaire of the entrant forms, generally by the choice of values from reference books.
