Description

The Donstalkanat LLC company is engaged in production of removable load-lifting devices. Due to the development of the company the reliable automated system became necessary. The 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program was selected from an analysis result of the market.

The 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program allowed to implement the automated accounting, logistics, budgeting.

After implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" were automated:

  • Department of logistics.
  • Department of accounting.
  • Inventory control.
  • Accounting of work with buyers.

The following tasks were automated:

  • · formation of documentation;
  • · placement of finished goods on warehouses and places storage;
  • · reporting in software;
  • · control of receivables;
  • · restriction on the credits depending on the amounts and buyers;
  • · formation of summary route sheets on all delivery drivers and for everyone is individual;
  • · write-off of goods only after shipment;
  • · accounting;
  • · accounting of taxes;
  • · movement of goods on storage locations;
  • · the reference on shipment of products;
  • · defects return;
  • · settlement reconciliation statement;
  • · partial reversal of documents;
  • · accounting on cash desk;
  • · accounting of services of the external organizations;
  • · write-off of materials on production costs.

The works on automation of the company are completed.

After implementation write-off of goods only after receiving in a warehouse became possible. Work on restriction of the credits depending on the amounts and terms was automated. Production processes are automated. Thanks to what production costs were reduced.
