Tatneft and Schneider Electric signed the agreement

In June, 2017 the Schneider Electric company participated in a meeting of scientific and technical council of JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding which passed in the cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazan.

In the presence of the president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, key ministers and heads of the largest power, oil and gas and petrochemical enterprises of the Republic the report on the innovative solutions of Schneider Electric in the field of oil production, oil processing and petrochemistry was submitted.

Also, within the meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding agreement signature about cooperation of Schneider Electric with one of the largest Russian oil companies of PJSC Tatneft took place.

Signatures under the document were delivered by the president of Schneider Electric company in Russia and the CIS Johan Vanderplayetse and the CEO of PJSC Tatneft Nail Maganov. Signing took place with the assistance of the President of Tatarstan.

The agreement provides interaction in the field of upgrade, development and optimization of technology processes in the field of oil and gas production, oil processing and petrochemistry.

The Tatneft company accumulates experience of effective implementation of large projects in the oil and gas industry, including in the direction of information technologies and automated process control systems.

During cooperation participation in joint development and implementation of long-term comprehensive programs of development and projects on creation of automated control systems for production in the oil and gas industry, in particular, of the localized world-class joint Russian products is planned.
