Caffeine Shokoladnitsa, and a national loyalty system of Price Free announced Alfa-Bank, network in June, 2017 start of the integration project in the field of loyalty. It allowed to raise number of new clients, degree of loyalty of the current clients and also growth in sales of the retailer and turnovers according to cards of bank. The project consists of several phases. At the first stage clients received a discount in Shokoladnitsa at implementation of purchases by cards of Alfa-Bank. Further cards of retailer were offered them bonus. At the same time the card of bank by inertia remained the prevailing tool upon the subsequent purchases within this audience and going beyond its limits. The project has a certain property of chain reaction: the proceeding discounts according to cards of bank stimulate new issue of bonus cards again, giving to the project new incentives to building of a spiral of operational and financial performance. As specialists of the companies noted the implemented program already confirmed in practice growth of number of new clients both for bank, and for Shokoladnitsa.
"Today one of considerable trends in the banking market is active development of programs of loyalty. Thanks to it, banks have an opportunity to increase a client portfolio, to increase degree of loyalty of new clients and to increase turnovers of operations with the cards. In this specific project having high degree of innovation for the market, these tasks will be carried out. For example, already on the first implementation phase we see that the number of new clients for the retailer grew to 13,000, the number of transactions on cards makes 80,000, turnover for the targeted period in 2 months - 50 million rub", - Ekaterina Konovalova, the director of work with strategic partners and development of the loyalty program of Alfa-Bank commented.
