Description
JSC Kropotkinsky Dairy Plant is engaged in processing of dairy raw materials and production of dairy products. The need for the new automation system of management arose in connection with commissioning of the automated line of processing of dairy raw materials, it was necessary to increase considerably the speed of shipment of finished goods to communications by increase in volumes of its release and small storage lives.
Programmy products of the 1C: Enterprise family were already used in JSC Kropotkinsky Dairy Plant therefore the question of the choice of the basic software product for a new information system, taking into account need of succession of data and preferences of personnel, did not stand.
Implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" helped to structure more accurately organizational charts of work and to personify responsibility of employees of the enterprise for the section of work.
Using the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product work of the following divisions is automated:
- department of accounting;
- warehouse;
- production;
- personnel department.
The following tasks were automated:
- accounting of purchases;
- stock accounting;
- accounting of shipment of finished goods;
- payroll;
- fixed asset accounting;
- accounting of finished product output;
- cost accounting of finished goods;
- personnel management;
- production management;
- personnel records of branch.
As a result of implementation of a new system on a basis "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was succeeded to increase considerably the speed of shipment of finished goods that for perishable products is the defining factor.
Emergence of an opportunity in real time to control the state of affairs in branch and to make operational decisions on the basis of the reports received from software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" and carrying out the analysis of business activities of branch became the most important positive consequence of automation, from the point of view of the Customer.
