"The best product" implemented "Scan Archive" for control of incoming documents

On June 27, 2017 Gendalf Group announced implementation of electronic archive "Skan-Arkhiv" for control of incoming documents of Luchshy produkt LLC.

Earlier because of a big flow of outgoing documents it was difficult to staff of the enterprise to control their return. At tax audits days were spent for search of documentation in paper archive and reconciliations with partners. And when secondary checks appeared, sharply there was a question of reduction of time for work with documents. Then at one of seminars of Gendalf Group representatives of The Best Product company learned about the Scan Archive program. The decision was made without delay: in 2 days approved purchase with the management, visited demonstration and signed the agreement with the developer.

Project Progress

Specialists of trading house independently installed the Scan Archive program, now directly 1 person works with it. It transfers paper documents to the scan copy at once when receiving then "Scan Archive" will recognize details or barcodes and attaches these copies to 1C.

Access to ordered electronic archive in 1C:Enterprise 8 base was got by the staff of financial and trade divisions. They can trace whether everything documents returned from partners and were entered to archive. Not returned documents automatically are noted that allows to avoid matters of argument. During tax audit the necessary document package is unloaded instantly via the Export button.

"We wanted to increase sweep rate of the documents signed by clients. And we made it! Now all documentation in electronic form - documents for last year we translated manually, all current are loaded regularly. It is very convenient to work with them. A pleasant bonus became that the space in offices was released, all documents are now stored in 50 boxes in the room specially allotted for this purpose".
