"GPTP Granit implemented an accounting system and business management

On June 29, 2017 announced data center "Razdolye" project completion of automation of the enterprise of defense industry complex of Russia using the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 program.

Project Tasks

The following requirements were imposed to the solution:

• Implement full-fledged accounting and tax accounting with automatic filling of the main report forms, declarations, automatic calculation of income tax and the VAT. A system should consider the activity assessed by different VAT rates and also excluding VAT, should create tax registers.
• Implement automatic cost accounting of the order.
• Implement requirements to accounting which are imposed by the legislation of the Russian Federation for the enterprises participating in accomplishment of state defense order.
• Implement an opportunity in the long term to automate not only accounting, but also work planning of the enterprise.

Project Progress

The project was broken into two big stages:

• Functional modeling and preparation of information base;
• Transfer of initial data and trial operation of a system;

In the project about 400 jobs were automated.

During the project based on "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" by this moment the following functional units are automated:

• Accounting of Inventories and inventory control;
• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Payroll and personnel records;
• Cost accounting and cost accounting.
• Accounting of requests for a funds expenditure and payment schedule.

As a result of automation the functionality on processing of the majority of primary documents of the movement of inventory items was transferred to places of emergence of these transactions (to divisions) that allows to increase information processing rate. Before implementation of the program a relevant remaining balance of Inventories could be received only with a certain delay and on demand in service. Now all interested services can process a remaining balance of Inventories "to the day" and plan their revenues to a warehouse. Payments at the enterprise are conducted according to 275-FZ of 12/29/2012 "About the state defense order" including salary payment.

Job order time management of work of employees is implemented – time keeping specialists enter information on where at present time the person works. On the basis of these data, two times a month the payroll and taxes with division by orders is accrued, sheets on salary payment on special accounts taking into account a worked time automatically form. Having automated accounting and tax accounting, cost management and cost accounting using the 1C:ERP program, the enterprise laid the foundation for creation based on "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" of a single corporate system of management which other functional units will enter in the nearest future:

• Planning and purchase management.
• Contract management.
