For July 3, 2017 Deskun is omnichannel support system of clients on the platform of the Gmail mail.
On July 3, 2017 the project team of Deskun announced start of service for business - support system of clients on the basis of the Gmail mail. Development helps to integrate communication channels with one window: email, an online chat on the website and messengers.
Developers improved service for mail user support, having added channels:
- online chat widget on the website
- messengers of VKontakte, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Viber and Skype. In a product there is an opportunity for processing of incoming requisitions in one window, reductions the number of actions and expenses on the organization of support system of users.
Deskun is presented in the expansion form for Google Chrome and Yandex.Browser. Work requires existence of the account in a mail service of Gmail.
We with a command long went to this event, and we hope that the product will be useful to the Russian and foreign entrepreneurs. We tried to make service by the most available at the price, and turned on completely free rate to support startups and new projects.
