Solution and project deliverables

Within the project specialists of Conteq company created a corporate portal for TOMS group. The portal includes all-corporate information services and an electronic document management system. As the platform for project implementation SharePoint Server and the ready-made solutions Conteq IntraSpace and Conteq DocSpace was selected. Use of such ready-made solutions allows to bring the created system into trial operation in two months. Using Conteq IntraSpace the staff of TOMS will be able effectively to organize collective work in unified information environment, to increase the level of internal communications, to reduce time for search of the necessary content, to simplify data exchange, experience and knowledge and also to support uniform standards and rules of work in the company. Conteq DocSpace will allow to accelerate considerably interaction of employees during the work with documents, namely to reduce terms of approval of documents. Besides, the group will receive the uniform centralized storage of electronic document revisions that will prevent risk of their loss. The management of group will be able to exercise full control over an operation cycle and approvals of documents from any place in the world. Also, the solution Conteq DocSpace will help to reduce costs on communications (economy of paper, office, gasoline and so forth).
