Comindware automated corporate training in CVS Pharmacy

The Comindware company, the resident of Skolkovo Foundation, announced implementation of the solution for automation of corporate training in CVS Pharmacy (CVS), the American network of drugstores about more than 9.6 thousand sales points, and the beginning of the large-scale project of transformation of IT infrastructure of the company.

As a technology basis of the Comindware project provided to the customer the platform for creation of business applications (Comindware Business Application Platform). At the heart of the platform — process management (BPMS), cases (ACM), tasks plus social interaction. Among the applications developed on the platform — sales management (CRM), tasks and instructions, work with suppliers (SRM) and also MDM, ITSM and many other process applications.

At this stage of cooperation the management system for corporate training for request processing on coaching of leading experts of network of drugstores and control of results of trainings is created. On a response of the customer, thanks to replacement of the bulky Excel files processed manually by the automated solution Comindware it was succeeded to increase sweep rate of the coaches suitable for achievement of the objects and requirements set in a request for a training, both in the company, and in foreign market. The friendly interface of the solution and an opportunity for work from mobile devices provided fast adaptation of employees to a new working environment.

Within further cooperation in the short term using the solution Comindware it is going to automate in CVS Pharmacy processes of replenishment of the corporate knowledge base and to implement practice of social training. Also control of return of investments on corporate training will be provided that, as expected, will help to optimize quality of corporate training and to achieve cost reduction on ensuring business by productive personnel from within and also training of new employees.
