The center of technology of shipbuilding and ship repair with classical problems inherent in the system of paper document flow:

• Impossibility to find up-to-date information about execution of works
• Lack of tools for control of contractors
• Inefficient use of working time because of paper document flow

Solution

The Conteq company suggested to implement the project on the Microsoft SharePoint platform, having used the boxed solution DocSpace thanks to what start of an electronic document management system was performed in short terms – in 1.5 months.

Result

Within the project on implementation of Conteq DocSpace processes were automated:

• Registration and consideration of incoming documents
• Approval, statement and publication of orders and orders
• Passing office and reports
• Consideration and approval of outgoing letters
