Kuibyshev Refinery completed upgrade of a parokondensatny system

On July 5, 2017 The First Engineer company announced completion of reconstruction of a parokondensatny system of JSC KNPZ.

Project Tasks

Implementing the program of increase in efficiency of JSC Kuibyshev Refinery (JSC KNPZ) for 2015-2019, in JSC Rosneft the decision on upgrade of the operating parokondensatny system at the expense of an exception of losses of steam through the systems of removal of condensate on installations of the plant and trunk steam lines, increases in efficiency of use of thermal energy is made.

Project Progress

Over a year specialists of "The first engineer" worked on creation of a necessary system, considering special requirements of design and construction of Refinery, technical and economic characteristics and indicators of an object.

Actions for upgrade were a part of works:

• design,
• complete set equipment and materials,
• construction and input of a system in operation.

System of removal of condensate, (2016)

In the project requirements to technologies, the modes of the enterprise and the capital equipment, quality, ecological parameters of products are considered. Examination of industrial security of the project is complete.

In the course of reconstruction of a system use of the equipment, shut-off and control valves, insulating coverings and connecting elements of the pipelines certified in accordance with the established procedure and allowed for use is provided.

Project Results

As a result of the carried-out works of JSC KNPZ provided decrease in capital investments and further operating costs. Economic effect of implementation in kind was not less than 34,436 Gcal/year.
