"VTB the Registrar" studies possibilities of expansion of electronic voting systems

On July 6, 2017 the NSD company announced expansion of a possibility of electronic voting systems together with VTB Registrar.

Project Tasks

The parties signed the agreement which purpose - promoting of electronic vote as effective method of ensuring the rights of shareholders of management of society and participation in general shareholder meeting. Within the agreement of the party agreed to study a possibility of simultaneous use of the systems of remote vote of e-voting and "The portal of meetings" at shareholder meetings.

According to the results of this interaction partners are going to provide to investors and issuers the amplest opportunities for use of service of electronic vote e-voting of NSD.

Also, the NSD and VTB Registrar are going to study ability to integrate the platforms for free transition of users between NSD service and services of the registrar.

Project Results

VTB the Registrar is a registry holder, we aim to provide high technological effectiveness and professional approach in work with issuers and shareholders. The experience acquired VTB by the Registrar and NSD will allow us to offer jointly in the market services, will increase attractiveness of the Russian market for investors.
