The Novgorod region is connected to a personal account "My health"

At the beginning of July, 2017 residents of the Novgorod region had an opportunity to register in appointment not only on the regional www.zdrav53-online.ru portal, but also on the federal portal of public services, in a personal account "My health". Works on connection of a regional Uniform State Health Information System segment (A single state information system in the field of health care) to the gosuslugi.ru portal were performed by the St. Petersburg company "Netrika".

All opportunities for making an appointment with the doctor given within Personal account on the federal portal of state services became available to inhabitants of the region. Novgorodians and residents of the area will be able not only to register in appointment, but also to cancel a visit to the doctor, to look at all forthcoming records and the history of visits and also to write on acceptance of minors or elderly relatives.

Within an implementation project integration of a regional Uniform State Health Information System segment into the hub of services of federal electronic registry and interaction into the functional subsection "Making an appointment with the doctor" of a personal account "My health" is implemented.

"Connection of regional health care systems to the portal of state services — the requirement of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. We are sure that this step will allow to increase availability of the public medical services in the region therefore the Novgorod region understands importance of the made integration with federal services. It is important that residents of our area had choice — to register by a usual method via the regional website or to use federal service with an input through a Unified identification and authentication system" — the associate director on informatization MIAC of the Novgorod region Pyotr Ryazantsev commented on project results.

According to Netrika, in the Novgorod region integration approach to formation of a regional Uniform State Health Information System segment is implemented. Information systems of all medical organizations transfer data to the region thanks to connection to the integration bus providing the translation of data in a uniform format and interaction both on regional and at the federal level.

"One of pluses of integration approach consists that it allows to connect new federal and regional services via the regional bus with the minimum costs for the medical organizations — the manager with key clients of Netrika company Andrey Dyukov noted. — MIS working in the Novgorod region was to support enough little changes in an integration bus to begin to exchange data with a federal personal account "My health" regarding making an appointment with the doctor. At the same time for doctors of the region nothing exchanged in an operation mode of their information systems with usual interfaces, and the population received the new federal channel of record".
