House-building plant No. 5

The Crucial element company (file) brought into trial operation subsystems of operational accounting of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 configuration in House-building Plant No. 5 company.

The project was begun in April, 2008. By the beginning of operation initial data were loaded into a system (the normative reference information and opening balances on the sections involved in process of operational accounting), adaptation of functionality of a system taking into account specifics of the enterprise is almost executed.

Within this stage in a system it is supposed to keep account of release and implementation of finished goods and also rendering services; calculation and accounting of planned cost of finished goods; operational accounting of revenues to a warehouse of materials; accounting of use of the main and auxiliary materials. Besides, in base up-to-date information on structure of an object (in detailing to a product), according to assembly specifications for products and self-produced semi-finished products is supported.

Upon termination of the project which is planned for February, 2009 in a system it is going to create 30 jobs, having completely automated operational and management accounting, production planning, procedural accounting and payroll.
