RT-Inform (Competence Center of State Corporation Rostec on cybersecurity and IT) started in the summer of 2017 the project on connection of the enterprises of Rostec to information base of assets of the Corporation allowing to automate object management of property and assets of the organizations. A system functions in full and gives opportunities from maintaining the asset register before formation of an optimal investment portfolio on key performance indicators of the enterprises of Corporation.
The automated system "Information base of assets of corporation" (further – AS of IBAK) reduces costs of time and labor costs due to consolidation of data, allows to find quickly the information required, to create reports and to do analytics at the new level. The base is created for needs of Corporation, the enterprises, parent organizations of the holding companies and the infrastructure child organizations of Rostec. Earlier each enterprise had own system which in most cases had low degree of fault tolerance and did not allow to provide access of Corporation to data of the enterprises in real time.
At connection to AS of IBAK of the enterprise of Rostec receive information and analytical tools for asset management. A system includes generation of documents and obtaining reports, maintaining reference books and registers of different objects (a property complex, rent activity, intellectual property, events of corporate activity), the preserving mechanism in the database of files of any types, import of all necessary data from accounting programs, history logging of change of values of critical attributes, tracking of dynamics of change of different indicators, information visualization in a schedule type and charts and also visualization of location of objects on the card, access control to information. IBAK has the convenient Web interface and ability to integrate with a geographic information system (GIS).
The hardware-software solution EXPERT IBAK is placed at server capacities of DPC of State Corporation Rostec.
