ConnectAd is technology of a research of the involvement of staff of the enterprise and improvement of communications between them.

On July 11, 2017 the Adizes Institute announced release on the market in June, 2017 to the Russian-language version of ConnectAd for a complex research of participation of employees in life of the enterprise. Software also helps to look for "narrow" places in motivation, to develop the program of improvements.

ConnectAd gives the chance to estimate a condition of factors of the involvement in each department and the company in general, to improve communications between employees of different level.

We polled more than 100 top managers of large enterprises in the former Soviet Union therefore we selected five most painful problems which the organizations have. One of them – insufficiently involved and motivated personnel. Managers complain that people do not show readiness and desire to take active part in work of the organization. They are not interested in results of the work and achievement of strategic results of business. Therefore we decided to propose the solution which will allow each company to define as far as her employees are involved in workflow and to improve a situation.

ConnectAd is the instrument of manifestation of level of the involvement of the employee, dialog between heads and employees. Heads of the highest level see the broad picture of motivation and involvement into the companies in general, in separate divisions and on each employee. Management receives the management tool the involvement into the companies based on accurate goal setting and tasks according to Adizes's methodology and tracking of results on a permanent basis.

According to Adizes's methodology employees are involved if:

  • know the purposes, duties and tasks;
  • have opportunities for implementation of duties, necessary powers;
  • earn the motivating financial and non-financial rewards.

The ConnectAd system allows company management to influence on:

  • understanding by employees of the role and duties;
  • employees ability to carry out tasks for which they bear responsibility;

  • participation of employees in the organization, its mission and values;
