The ASE engineering company automated business processes based on the ELMA BPM system

In July, 2017 the ELMA company announced automation in ASE engineering company business processes based on BPM- systems ELMA.

IR ASE is management company of ASE group which enters an engineering division of Rosatom state corporation. Today more than 100 software solutions are involved in a company performance. On a response of representatives of IK ASE, the ELMA BPM system provides transparency and an izmeryaemost of business processes of the enterprise.

At a stage of preparatory work integration of ELMA with the Active Directory and the mail system of the company was configured (access to a system was got by about 4 thousand human.

At a stage of implementation of a BPM system two business processes were configured: "Request to order transport" and "Internal reporting". The second process is multi-level and includes about 50 subprocesses. Not only divisions of ASE, but also other companies of an engineering division of Rosatom are involved in it.

Only in 2016 in IK ASE 24 projects on process automation of the enterprise were developed. In a system HR processes on personnel recruitment, processes of document flow and management of a regulation are performed.

Geographically distributed employees quickly solve problems through ELMA: log online into the system, comment, approve or reject documents. Heads in business trips solve problems via mobile devices. On all processes metrics and indicators are configured that allows the management to collect and analyze statistics without serious labor costs.

"Many processes which were "paper" earlier are automated. Now it is not necessary to run with documents anywhere, notifications on the course of process come to e-mail. Also I want to note improvement of performing discipline. All tasks had responsible and accurate terms of accomplishment that as a result considerably saves time — one of the major resources for any company" — the chief specialist of department of business process optimization IK ASE Ilya Smagin summed up the project results.
