Bakka automates registration of participants of the races "Pass the Grand Prix"

The Bakka company in July, 2017 announced technology partnership with the Pass the Grand Prix company specializing in the organization of competitions for children of 1 year on runbikes, scooters and bicycles within which will provide process automation of registration of participants for a race and also informing all participants on its results.

"The popularity of races on runbikes grows every year. Often it is necessary to close advance registration on a race as persons interested to take part much. We are forced to observe certain bureaucratic procedures to be sure that races will take place with observance of all necessary rules — told about premises of partnership from Bakk in "Pass the Grand Prix". — Because of it there are some restrictions on the number of participants in each of categories as registration of one participant on site of holding a race takes certain time: it is necessary to check documents, to issue to the racer number and the sensor for fixing of results of arrivals. We want to optimize this process that it was more convenient to children and parents, and we could attract more participants on our competitions".

Specialists of Bakk will develop for "Pass the Grand Prix" mobile application using which parents will be able, having registered the child, to obtain the license of the racer and also to register in a race, to perform payment and then to keep track of results of runnings online.

It is expected that the solution will allow to simplify registration of participants of competitions on site. Will be to show the license of the little racer enough and to get the number and the sensor.

In addition, parents will be able to see time through which the kid should come for start, and in advance be prepared for it.
