The module of data collection - the protected device for collecting of signals from different sensors with the subsequent data transmission on a master server. It is held for use objects of a power complex.
On July 12, 2017 the Ruselectronics company announced release of the compact computing module on the basis of the Elbrus microprocessor.
The module is executed in the hermetic package with the industrial level of protection. The device is protected at the hardware and program levels from the hacker attacks and remote unauthorized intervention[1].
According to the statement of developers, this generation of computing modules for automated process control systems - completely Russian. It guarantees lack of "tabs" and opportunities of unauthorized access to work of systems. Scope of the device – an industry where protection of crucial infrastructures, first of all, of the power engineering specialist is necessary. It is a prototype.
Delivery of the first test batch to power objects is expected at the end of 2017.
The module is executed on domestic microelectronic base and works under control of the Russian operating system Elbrus. The module functions as the center for collecting of signals from different sensors on power objects.
For ensuring compatibility with industrial sensors and the industrial systems the module is equipped with interfaces:
- high-speed port Gigabit Ethernet,
- video output,
- USB ports,
- industrial serial interfaces RS-232 and RS-485/422.
