RT-Inform will develop IT in Helicopters of Russia and UEC

On July 19, 2017 it became known that the RT-Inform company (Competence Center on information technologies of Rostec state corporation) during the International aerospace salon "MAKS" signed with Helicopters of Russia the agreement on cooperation in the field of creation of digital production and with United Engine Corporation (enters into Rostec) the program of informatization of holding until 2020.

The signatures under the agreement were appended by the CEO of RT-Inform Kamil Gazizov and the CEO of Helicopters of Russia holding Andrey Boginsky. A main objective of cooperation is optimization of the current activity of Helicopters of Russia due to systematic transition to use of digital technologies in administrative and production processes.

The parties confirmed intention to develop cooperation on mutually advantageous conditions for the purpose of implementation in Helicopters of Russia holding of the comprehensive program "Digital production". The signed agreement means collaboration in creation of the distributed centralized control systems of the normative reference information.

Further development of the system of planning and monitoring of production orders, information system of the integrated logistical support of processes of an after-sale service of helicopters and also automation of preparation of production of military helicopters will be conducted Besides.

Program of informatization of UEC

The program of informatization of United Engine Corporation is designed to promote further development of IT on the basis of uniform approaches and the approved strategy. The signatures under the document were appended by the CEO of RT-Inform Kamil Gazizov and the CEO of UEC Alexander Artyukhov.

Preparation

Preparation of the program of informatization included several main stages. At the first stage examination of a current status of IT of all 16 enterprises and parent organization of holding by the applied information systems, the existing IT infrastructure, management processes of IT, number and qualification of employees of divisions of IT services of the enterprises, value and expense structure of the enterprises on IT was conducted.

On the basis of collected data the report on a current status of IT according to the requirement of the development strategy of UEC and key business processes was made. Further the description of a target status of IT till 2020 was made, investment volume are estimated and the road map of development is developed.

Directions of informatization

The program of informatization included about 30 IT projects connected with automation of production processes, optimization of management of IT, development of IT infrastructure.

In particular, the program includes control automation by interfactory cooperation which will allow to increase quality of planning of deliveries of component parts between participants of cooperation, in a foreground mode to estimate loading of critical capacities on production sites and to control the plan of cooperative deliveries.

Occupies with the important direction in the program of informatization of holding the project on process optimization of management of IT services which will allow to create a management structure IT services with end-to-end reporting system, to provide the level of IT services according to requirements of business, to control interaction with external suppliers of services, to organize operation and support of the centralized all-corporate services, to align levels of a maturity of processes of management of IT services at all enterprises of holding.
