Virgin Connect made a choice for benefit of electronic document management based on "Kontur.Diadok"

The telecom operator of Virgin Connect integrated service of electronic document management "Kontur.Diadok" with the accounting system using the module for 1C. Data from "Diadoc" get to 1C and back to several clicks by a mouse now, reported in July, 2017 in SKB Kontur company. A part of employees of Virgin Connect occupied in document flow work via the module, a part — through the web version.^[1]

Prerequisites of the Project

Virgin Connect works in more than 500 localities in 67 regions of Russia. Annually the group creates and sends 257 200 documents for 19tys. clients. On a response of the operator, paper document flow did not provide to clients the due level of service: they had to wait when documents reach by mail or the courier. Electronic document management (e-document flow) provided the solution of this problem.

On a response of the customer, using electronic document management through SKB Kontur operator of Virgin Connect reduces costs and facilitates life to clients. Cost value of the electronic document it is equal to zero whereas paper — about 2.5 rub. Thus, delivery of a paper set will be a minimum five times more expensive, than electronic.

Results of transition to e-document flow

"We aim to increase the level of service constantly — Vera Koryagina, the chief accountant of Virgin Connect told. — At e-document flow our clients receive electronic documents directly in a workplace in several seconds after sending. It is not necessary to return the signed copies, they are available to us in the EDMS. Therefore clients do not incur expenses for sending".

"Documents are overloaded from 1C in "Diadoc" and go to partners. The box of "Diadoc" was configured according to structure of group. For branches and other structural units of Virgin Connect in it divisions which documents are available only to their employees are created. The parent organization has access to all divisions" — Konstantin Kozlov, the Kontur.Diadok project manager of SKB Kontur company explained.

Virgin Connect together with SKB Kontur connects to e-document flow of the clients. A part of clients legal entities already receive and send electronic documents through "Diadoc".
