The single platform of BSS.Speech allows to implement any voice services in bank and to increase them depending on time calls.

Within the platform of a possibility of voice bank BSS provides BSS.Voice.SDK and the making software products (modules): BSS.CodyFi is recognition of the human speech; BSS.SignyFi is a semantic interpretation and the analysis told by the person; BSS. VeryFi is voice biometrics.

BSS.Voice.SDK

In general represents tool kit for implementation of mobile applications (Android and iOS) using functions of voice actuation.

BSS.CodyFi

The module allows to recognize automatically the natural speech of NLU (Natural Language Understanding) without the need for fine tuning under a specific voice, gender and age of the person. BSS.CodyFi is easily integrated into the applied systems intended for speech communications between people and/or between the person and machine (voice IVR, the system of voice biometrics, the system of a nadiktovka of texts, the CRM system, etc.).

BSS.SignyFi

The module is intended for automatic semantic analysis of the speech, selection of categories and search of a key word when processing addresses. BSS.SignyFi can be used both for the analysis of speech communications, and for creation of chat-bots. Extraction of semantic category of the recognized speech, gives to the user an opportunity to conduct dialogue with machine, using the natural speech, but not simple commands. Using BSS.SignyFi it is possible to create automatic qualifiers of appeals to contact centers, to carry out sorting of addresses on a skill groups of operators, to analyze quality of work of operators and many other things.

BSS.VeryFi

The module is created for verification and identification of the person on a biometric voice print (VoicePrint). Embedding of BSS.VeryFi in the applied systems allows to create biometric voice prints of the person (VoicePrint) and to make automatic verification and identification of the person during the conversation. The main scopes of application are contact centers of financial institutions, the different access control control system (ACCS), including to storage systems of personal and medical information about citizens.
