2019: Implementation "Homnet: NFO" for accounting on EPS

On July 5, 2019 the TsERIH Capital Management company reported that it selected for itself program resheniyekhomnt: NFO developed by specialists of Homnet Group for accounting on UPA (unified plan of accounts).

According to the company, the project objective consisted in creation of a centralized system which would allow to automate as much as possible accounting according to EPS and OSBU (industry standards of accounting records). In parallel with implementation of requirements of the Bank of Russia (transition to the updated industry standards) it was necessary to optimize process of preparation of the reporting: reduce time and labor costs for its collecting.

For the solution of the corresponding tasks the HOMNET:NFO software product which distinctive feature is preparation of indicators of a number of notes for Provisions and also a possibility of automatic preparation of necessary forms of the reporting was selected.

In project implementation the technology of rapid implementation was applied: with full consulting support from Homnet Group implementation of the main modules was executed independently by the staff of IK of TsERIH Capital Management. During the project of Homnet Group made collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system; planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule; gave consulting support at an implementation stage. Specialists of Homnet Group provided training of staff of IK of TsERIH Capital Management in work in the program. On a result accounting and tax accounting and preparation of the industry reporting are automated.

Thanks to consultations of specialists of Homnet Group on methodical and technical issues of work with the program, the staff of IK of TsERIH Capital Management adapted to work in a system.

The organizations continue to cooperate within the agreement of information and technology maintenance.

2017

On July 25, 2017 the Homnet Consulting company announced signing of the contract with Tserikh Capital Management investment company on project implementation using the specialized solution "Homnet: NFO".

Prerequisites of the Project

As you know, since 2018 professional participants of security market pass to EPS and OSBU. For accounting and formation of new accounting records the companies need to implement Provisions of the Bank of Russia in information systems.
