The Kuban Credit bank increased security of online transactions for corporate clients

On July 25, 2017 the R-Style Softlab company announced that the Kuban Credit bank increased degree of protection of a system of Internet banking for corporate users — entered confirmation of transactions by one-time passwords and gave to clients an opportunity of setup of the list of receivers of payments.

The project is implemented with assistance of R-Style Softlab companies, the developer of banking software, and Aladdin R.D., the Russian solution provider in the field of information security.

Project Results

The mechanism of confirmation of transactions with the help of the one-time password implemented during the project protects clients from unauthorized transfer of means. The password forms eToken PASS charm from "Alladin R.D.", or is generated by the RBS system and is sent to the client's phone in the Sms. Such mechanism allows to protect means even if the malefactor will get access to the client's computer.

Also at the request of CB Kuban Credit R-Style Softlab implemented in a system a possibility of flexible configuration of confirmations on client side — the user of the RBS system. In particular, separation of the reference book of receivers (correspondents and beneficiaries) on controlled and entrusted and also setup of the list of transactions which require confirmation by the one-time password is available to it. For example, the user can set a limit of money transfer when which exceeding there is a verification request, or to include check on signs "budget organization", "own account", "the salary project", etc. It allows to configure check of payments to the partners who are not carried to the list entrusted or controlled.

The implemented functionality not only increased safety of payments, but also allowed corporate clients of CB Kuban Credit to decide independently what transfer requires additional confirmation — Vyacheslav Alekseev, the director of the department of the systems of electronic banking of R-Style Softlab noted. — The user is saved from excess manipulations during the work with reliable receivers.
