The information system of remote use of copies of archive documents developed by Elar corporation is intended for providing to users access on the Internet to the integrated explanatory notes of federal archives and also an opportunity to remotely order and pay production of copies of documents.
On July 26, 2017 the Elar corporation stated that it will continue works on development of the Information system of remote use of copies of archive documents and help and search means to them. Works will be performed within the federal target program "Culture of Russia (2012-2018)".
In 2016 the corporation developed the first stage of an information system under the working name "Uniform Electronic Reading Room of Federal Archives" for search and access to archive information. The information resource consisting of data of the software package "Archive Fund" and collections of archive inventories of the State archive of the Russian Federation, the Russian state archive of economy, the Russian state military and historical archive and Russian state historical archive was created.
Within development of a system the integrated explanatory notes will include also information resources of the Russian state archive of literature and art, the Russian state archive of socio-political history. In a system implement a possibility of geographically distributed storage of electronic copies of documents.

Besides, the Elar programmers upgrade algorithms of intellectual search for obtaining results of more relevant to requests of users. In particular, the search capability taking into account the geography, a personnel and a key word specified in electronic cards of funds, inventories, affairs and documents will be implemented in one line.
