The Ministry of Education and Science of Altai Republic automates region education

On July 26, 2017 the BARS GROUP company announced project implementation support a regional segment of a uniform federal interdepartmental system of accounting of the contingent of students according to the main and additional educational programs in Altai Republic.

Project Progress

The project is implemented by request of the Ministry of Education and Science of Altai Republic and means creation of the single database of the contingent of students in organizations of different type, outlining an educational trajectory of each child. Information of a portfolio is a universal source for education quality evaluation, defines the rating of pupils and the demanded directions.

Project Results

The created software package consists of subsystems Electronic school, Electronic college, "Electronic additional education" and Contingent of pupils.

In the Republic the good accounting base for further development of electronic services of education and to creating favorable conditions on ensuring availability with quality education to all segments of the population of the Republic is created. The implemented project allowed inhabitants of the region to keep electronic diaries and the magazine of progress, to submit documents for transfer in school, to obtain information on results of the passed examinations, testing and results of transfer in secondary vocational education institutions via the Gosuslug portal.

The accessibility to free mobile application "My diary" which on functionality is an analog of the paper diary is implemented. Users of mobile devices on platforms can work with the application iOS and Android.

Within the project the data protection subsystem is created. Maintaining up-to-date information on educational trajectories of each pupil in educational institutions is provided to these. Data are a universal source for education quality evaluation in the region, allow to define the educational rating of pupils and educational institutions and to select a necessary profile of training from high school.
