Mobile Web Suite is the platform for work with mobile traffic.

On July 26, 2017 the Insider company provided development — the Mobile Web Suite platform. The platform is created for work with mobile traffic.

It helps marketing specialists to transfer practicians who already work at stationary websites, to mobile devices to achieve increase in conversion of the mobile channel. The platform is available to the order in Russia.

For the mobile websites an opportunity to define when the user is going to leave the page is created. The behavioural algorithm traces parameters of clicking the button "close a tab" and button "back" in the browser or on the home button on the smartphone. Double clicking the screen or increase in speed of scrolling can be the indicator.

Having defined intention of the user to leave the website by Mobile Web Suite, the marketing specialist can configure the automatic personalized notification on the platform and try to hold the client.

The Purchase Triggers function allows to push the user of the mobile website to purchase. For example, it is possible to configure a "floating" basket which will go down the screen in process of its scrolling to facilitate order placement. Or to generate codes for coupons with short term of action to use effect of the coming to an end action.

Using the Category Optimizer function it is possible to create the personified pages of the directory, to change display of the menu for each certain user of the mobile website. Everything occurs in the automatic mode: the platform analyzes data on users and makes changes to display of pages, depending on what segment the user at what stage of lifecycle is treats.

The Social Proof function sends notifications on the number of the users watching these goods at the same time. How many commodity units remained in a warehouse. How many places in the airplane are already redeemed. Clients who receive similar messages make the decision on purchase quicker.

All recommendations, notifications, banners, etc. options within Mobile Web Suite are personalized.

The possibility of the analysis of big data on all channels is built in Mobile Web Suite. The technology allows to stick together user profiles, and mobile notifications will consider the history of purchases and behavior of the buyer including in other channels.

It is known that conversion of the mobile websites half is less, than at desktop versions. At the same time the share of mobile traffic in the majority of the countries already exceeds a share of desktop.
