Sovlink completed transfer of the accounting system to EPS using Homnet of consulting

The Homnet Consulting company announced on July 27, 2017 the conclusion in June with Sovlink company of the agreement on project implementation based on the specialized solution "Homnet: NFO".

Prerequisites

As you know, since 2018 professional participants of security market pass to EPS and OSBU. For accounting and formation of new accounting records the companies need to implement Provisions of the Bank of Russia in information systems.

Project Progress

Specialists of Sovlink perform implementation of the main solution modules independently, with consulting support of experts of Homnet of consulting.

For the purpose of reduction of terms and the project budget for the customer Homnet Consulting suggested the staff of Sovlink to perform system implementation on technology of fast start. Such approach to the project was developed by experts Homnet Consulting and is used for transfer of the systems of professional participants of security market since the end of 2016.

When implementing the project the weekly plan of independent implementation by the customer of the main modules "is used by Homnet: NFO" with ready settings. At the same time on all a project stage expert consultations of vendor are available to the customer. It allows to be trained to work in the software product and also to study nuances of standards and their implementation in the accounting system without separation from workflow.

Project Results

As a result of project implementation in the system created using the solution "by Homnet: NFO", was created the reporting under EPS and OSBU of Sovlink company in 1 half-year 2017.

The agreement on project implementation on technology of fast start was signed in June, 2017. In August the financial company created in a system and handed over to the regulator test financial (accounting) statements on the updated industry standards.

In my opinion, main difference "Homnet: NFO" from many other products presented at the market is a good block of automation of the financial instrument transactions. In general the solution conveniently and just is implemented independently. It is not necessary to collect reporting forms — everything is already provided in a system — Ekaterina Abashina told. According to her, the main project deliverable was the fact that in 2 months the company had an accounting system allowing to prepare the reporting for the regulator.
