Optimum of DMS (Distributor’s Management System) - a management system for distribution.

Optimum of DMS it is intended for:

  • collection of data on commodity documents and stock balance of branches of direct sales and distributors;
  • control of providing (collecting) of data and verification of the provided data;
  • obtaining reporting under distribution documents and carrying out primary analysis of data.

As a part of a product several components:

  • DMS Web Service is web service which accepts packets with data from CIS of distributors and sends them to an integration DB.
  • The application of the administrator — the separate web application which is responsible for setup of accounts for access of CIS of distributors to a DB of distributors.
  • Service WARM (Scheduler) — the Windows service which is responsible for processing of integration packets in the parallel mode.
  • Integration DB — the database which the integration packets directed by DMS Web Service web service originally keep within.
  • The web automated workplace Manager — the web application intended for work of users with a DB of distributors and a DB of the head office (HO).

Management program for distribution

From GO there is an access to any data on work of the sales representatives (SR) of the bottom levels — to the created documents (orders, sales) and visits (merchandising, polls, results of visits). Depending on integration depth with the corporate accounting system of the distributor in GO it is possible to get access and to other useful information — to settlement of the distributor and clients, to a sales history, a goods remaining balance in the distributor's warehouses, etc.

A system provides full-fledged management of distribution, allowing not only to obtain quickly all necessary information on sales and promotion of goods through distributor network, but also to execute of GO necessary corrective actions for optimum performance of distributor network.
