Zebra Telecom sums up the results of implementation of ERP

GMCS coped with an assigned task of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX at Zebra Telecom operator, the company in the blog reported on May 13, 2013.

Solution

Consultants of the IT company automated fixed asset accounting according to international standards, developed for Zebra Telecom of a form of the corporate reporting, fully meeting the requirements of Rostelecom. Besides, by Microsoft Dynamics AX it is integrated with a personnel management system and a billing system of the customer.

Victor Kaledin, the CEO of Zebra Telecom noted: "We made the right and timely decision, having selected from quality of a basis of future system of financial management of Microsoft Dynamics AX. The received results fully met our expectations. First, we could accumulate all information in one financial system and create transparent information space. So, for example, it was succeeded to arrange information on income. It is the important fact, considering that the financial system existing before did not allow to perform operations on income by clients and agreements. Secondly, we implemented printing of primary documents not from billing, and from the most financial system. Possibilities of Microsoft Dynamics AX and GMCS Telecom allow to make printing of documents in a type, convenient for the client (for example, facsimile printings treat). Also today we can carry out e-mail mailing of invoices for payment to subscribers".
