Anthem completed the first stage of control automation by business processes

On August 1, 2017 the Comindware company announced implementation of technology for business process management in Anthem Inc.

At the first stage of cooperation the management system for complaints to delivery of health care is created. Thanks to replacement of paper forms for placement of complaints to web forms and business process automation of complaint handling using the solution Comindware it was succeeded to lower operating costs and to increase the processing speed of complaints to medical care.

Business processes of quality control of complaint handling are automated and the possibility of process optimization of complaint handling is provided.

Conditions for ensuring transparency of the end-to-end business processes of the company affecting activity of several departments, optimization and acceleration of processes and also reduction of risk of their maintenance are created.
