The SPbSU upgraded the system of audiovisual providing in conference rooms

On August 1, 2017 the Ascreen company announced equipment by the AV-equipment conference rooms of St. Petersburg State University.

Project Results

In a conference room, in Smolny Institute, the big projection screen from which image is duplicated on a LCD panel, opposite to the left and right rows of seats in the hall is installed. The picture is displayed also the systems of a preview for members of presidium. On the stage the interactive board which data are also automatically transferred to the main screen is set.

Dialog of speakers and the hall is provided by a debatable system. The system of synchronous translation works. If the speaker geographically is in other place, the effect of presence is created by means of a video conferencing. The 11 kW speaker system informs of speeches of speakers.

Specialists of the contractor installed in a conference room a video surveillance system and technology television.

The place of the operator was equipped with the computer with the management program for the Crestron X-panel and IPad complex with the application for mobile management. In operator the mixing console for operational audio control, the control panel is set by video cameras.

In this Ascreen project provided also equipment of the hall with furniture.

The conference room of university on Taurian is equipped with the similar equipment. The feature of the project - was required not to develop the project from scratch, and to upgrade the operating hall of meetings: integrate the equipment with the existing systems, optimize work of all complex of multimedia.
