"Russkom-Grafiks" passes to "1C: Trade Management 8"

On August 1, 2017 the Tanais company, the certified service partner of 1C, announced project implementation on transfer of a corporate information system to Russkom-Grafiks companies from the solution "1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7" on "1C: Trade Management 8. Edition 11".

Prerequisites

Before start of the project as a corporate information system in "Russkom-Grafiks" the solution "1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7" was used. With expansion of opportunities in a line of solutions of 1C the company made the decision on transition to "1C: Trade Management 8".

Project Tasks

In general it is expected that the created system will allow:

• organize centralized accounting of results of activity of the enterprise;
• display all types of operating business activities;
• output analytical reports on activity of the company in general (afterwards data from these reports can be used for acceptance of management decisions).

Due to integration into the solution "1C: Accounting" all data necessary for accounting, delivery of accounting and tax statements, will be automatically transferred from the 1C: Trade Management system.

Integration with the websites of the company will allow to unload quickly information on new goods and services in the Internet. As the result, "Russkom-Grafiks" will be able to guarantee to clients relevance of the list of the stated products.

It is planned that in a corporate system about 60 employees of "Russkom-Grafiks", including from sales departments, customer service and marketing department and also the staff of administration, accounting, production division and division of transport and logistics will work.
