Outsourcing of operation of infrastructure of data storage of Yandex.Disk service

The project on rendering information and technology maintenance services of the equipment, infrastructure and information systems of a cloud service "Yandex.Disk" started in January, 2014. For a two-year project deadline (till December, 2015) its scope extended from 5 to 13 technology platforms DPCs of the Customer in the cities Far East, Siberian, Southern and Volga regions.

IT services within the project were rendered in three main directions:

• Scheduling services
• Support of infrastructure of data storage
• Support of network equipment

Project Steps:

• In January, 2014 the agreement on cooperation on rendering services on the equipment of the Customer placed on 5 technology platforms of DPC of telecom operators in the cities Khabarovsk Stavropol Samara, was signed Novosibirsk Tomsk.
• In January, 2015 the number of platforms was expanded to 13, entered geography of the project: Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, page. Prince Volkonsky, Novosibirsk (up to 4 platforms), Krasnoyarsk.

Results for LLC Yandex: Guaranteed quality of services in all geography of the project from the uniform partner, transparency and controllability of operation, the high level of reaction and execution of incidents, the financial responsibility as guarantees of 99.9% of level of availability of service of cloud data storage.
